Even Ezra, Ashkelon

The plan offers an urban texture that integrates into the existing residential grid and connects in the transportation aspect to the existing trail system that surrounds the area of​​the plan.

The area of ​​the plan is about 750 dunams with an average building density of 15 units per dunam and 3,726 units in saturated construction of buildings up to 14 floors high.

The plan is characterized by two central plazas located in the heart of the new neighborhood. Around these plazas, high-rise buildings overlooking extensive green areas as well as complexes with a commercial front and a main square in the heart of the neighborhood were erected.

Ramataim, Beit Shemesh

A green and accessible neighborhood with an area of ​​7,000 units, 646 dunams, at the top of the hills, with the advantages of air and scenery. The neighborhood is founded on a central boulevard that is pulsating, vibrant and full of life.

The planning is divided into two parts separated by the Nahal channel that descends from the Beit Jamal monastery.

Karmi Gat, Kiryat Gat

The proposed neighborhood is in the northern area of ​​the Karmi Gat neighborhood in the city of Kiryat Gat.
Located east of Route 40, west of the railroad and south of Route 353.
A new residential district in the north of the city that includes 5,663 units, 500 special units, commercial and employment areas.
